Delivery Times and Charges

We pride ourselves on offering a fast, efficient and excellent value home delivery service. We charge a flat rate per order based on your area, regardless of how much you buy.

UK Mainland: £5.95 within 3-5 working days
Offshore Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles: £8.95 within 5-7 working days
Eire, France, Germany, Netherlands: £12.95 within 5-7 working days - Please note, we are unable to ship large items to these areas, please enquire prior to ordering for clarification.

We use Home Delivery Network (HDNL), Parcel Force and NightFreight to deliver orders, as well as the postal service for small items. In most cases we will automatically instruct the driver to leave your order in a safe place if you're not home (assuming they can find one!). But if you would rather we didn't do this, just let us know during the checkout process. If it's easier you can specify an alternate delivery address when you place your order.

Returns Policy

Because we understand that minds can change or you may find your order unsuitable once you've seen it up close and personal, we offer a 'no-quibble' 30 day money back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll have it back and refund you in full. And if you are on the UK Mainland we'll even send our courier to come and pick it up from you free of charge too. Outside the UK Mainland the refund policy still applies but you will need to arrange for the goods to be sent back to us.

Price Promise

We work hard to offer the best value products to our customers and, as that famous department store says, we too are 'never knowingly undersold'. We check our prices regularly and don't think you'll find better, but on the odd occasion you do we promise to match the lower and send a free gift - even if your order has been delivered already. NB. Price must include delivery, product must be in stock and your order must be within 7 days if claiming after the event!
